Oltre 300.000 cani spariscono nel nulla!

- Ca. 30.000 a 50.000 cani vengono venduti nei mercati settimanali belgi e nella zona di frontiera polacca e ceca. Se si considera una percentuale molto alta di decessi, il 50% entro i due mesi dall'acquisto, resta un incremento reale della popolazione canina che va dai 15.000 ai 25.000.
- Secondo una valutazione fatta nel 2003 e resa pubblica dalla stampa, la Dr. Med. Vet. Christa Wilczek, dirigente veterinario e direttore del settore per la protezione animale e zoonosi, autrice di libri tecnici, l'importazione di cani fatta dalle associazioni animaliste ammonta a ca. 200.000 animali l'anno. Nel tempo però sono aumentate drasticamente le associazioni animaliste importatrici, il numero di rifugi pubblici e privati impegnati alle importazioni ed anche il numero di luoghi di stallo. Si deve quindi considerare un minimo di 350.000-400.000 cani (valutazione di Tierschutz Schattenseiten).
Reale con un tasso di mortalità minimo di 392592,59 cani ci dovrebbe essere un incremento teoretico di 850.025 cani. Da qui quindi un incremento teorico della popolazione canina totale in Germania di ca. 457.432,41 animali all'anno.
Conteggio al contrario : Con una mortalità di massimo 441.666,66 cani c'è un incremento di 715.000 cani. Quindi in questo caso si ottiene un incremento teorico della popolazione canina totale in Germania di ca 273.333,34 cani all'anno.
Valori teoretici /chiarimento: A molti cani importati, anche a causa dello stress del trasporto e del nuovo ambiente, si conclama un'infezione che probabilmente era latente. Molti cani importati a causa del loro imprinting e /a loro storia precedente non riescono ad adattarsi al tipo di vita tedesco. Per queste motivazioni vengono definiti cani con problemi comportamentali non curabili e quindi soppressi ufficialmente o ufficiosamente. Sono numerosi quelli che spariscono.. Naturalmente questo riduce la "media" della longevità.
La media della longevità si riduce naturalmente anche a causa dell'importazione di cani anziani e malati. Molti animali che hanno subito danni precedentemente in rifugi dei paesi dell'est e del sud, in Germania vivono solo pochi anni.
Non si riescono a trovare dati attendibili medi. Noi riduciamo i dati suddetti riguardo l'incremento teoretico di 150.000 animali l'anno.
Restano quindi 307.432, ma minimo 123.000 cani all'anno, il cui destino non è chiaro e lo rimarrà sempre.
Sembra certo solo che :
· Non vengono soppressi ed eliminati secondo la legge. Un volume di minimo 123.000 corpi di animali l'anno non potrebbero passare inosservati alle ditte di smaltimento e verrebbero resi pubblici..
· Non si trovano in rifugi tedeschi, poiché questi ultimi con un volume minimo di 123.000 animali nel giro di un anno sarebbero al collasso.
· Non vengono uccisi privatamente e sotterrati. Un numero di persone così alto non potrebbe farlo e nemmeno esistono tanti terreni privati
· Una parte dei cani viene nutrito con prodotti alimentari normali e non sono registrati. Ma il loro numero non è statisticamente rilevante.
· In Germania spariscono annualmente tra 307.432 e 123.000 cani, pare nel nulla. Si suppone con grande probabilità che la maggior parte di questi cani provenga dalla protezione animale..
Quasi tutti i cani della cosiddetta protezione animale costituita all'estero vengono importati ufficiosamente, spesso illegalmente in Germania. A fronte di una politica non trasparente della politica di importazione ed affido da parte delle organizzazioni per la protezione animale, c'è l'inspiegabile sparizione di un numero che va sino a 307.432 cani all'anno.
Il sospetto sempre più incessante espresso da associazioni per la protezione animale straniere e da istituzioni statali, è che gli animalisti tedeschi cedono molti dei cani importati a stabulari e facoltà veterinarie, e sembra che questo sospetto si stia rafforzando. Le associazioni protezionistiche tedesche, a seguito del loro modo di agire, non sono in grado né di smentire questo sospetto e né giustificare le accuse. E nemmeno l'invio di lettere di protesta con allegate foto di cani felicemente adottati servono più a qualcosa. Non in questa quantità enorme e ancora meno senza poter dimostrare la provenienza e l'identità di ogni singolo cane. Dati di cui gli animalisti non sono in possesso per quanto riguarda i cani importati o esportati illegalmente.
Alle associazioni animaliste non resterà altro da fare che cambiare radicalmente il proprio modo di agire e di intraprendere una collaborazione con le autorità che se non vi sarà chiarezza saranno costrette a vietare tutte le esportazioni di animali randagi.

More than 300.000 dogs vanished in naught !

If someone considers a very high percentage of deaths , the 50% within two months since the purchase, it remains an actual increase of the dog population that is around 15.000 up to 25.000 dogs.

Theoretic valuables/explanation: in many dogs imported ,also because of the distress of the travel and because of the new environment ,an infection that probably was latent ,is identified . Many imported dogs,because of their imprinting and /or because of their previous story ,they are unable to fit to the German lifestyle. Because of these reasons they are defined as dogs with behavioral problems that aren't curable so that they are officially or informally put asleep. There are many which disappear ...This,of course,reduces the medium average of lifetime .
Medium average of lifetime is reduced naturally also because of the importation of old and sick dogs . Many animals which had previously suffered for injuries in shelters of the Eastern countries,once arrived in Germany, they live only few years.It's impossible to find reliable data of the medium average .
We reduce of 150.000 animals per year the above mentioned data about the theoretic increment .
Thus 307.432 dogs remain , but a minimum of 123.000 dogs per year, for which their fate is unclear and it will always be .
It seems only sure that:

They are not put asleep and digested according to Law . A minimum volume of 123.000 corps of animals per year couldn't pass unnoticed under the eyes of firms digestion and they would be made public ..

They are not kept in German shelters ,because these shelters with a minimum volume of 123.000 animals would collapse in the turn of a year .

They are not killed in private then to be buried. A so high number of people couldn't do it and so many private fields don't exist .

A part of the dogs are fed up with normal alimentary products and they aren't registered. But their number is not relevant on the statistic side.

Almost all the dogs of the so called "animal protection associations" composed abroad ,are imported informally ,often illegally, in Germany.In presence of a not transparent policy by the organization for animal protection about the rule of conduct of importation and of fosterage ,there's the unexplainable vanishing of a number of dogs that goes up 307.432 dogs per year .
The always more unceasing suspect expressed by foreign associations for animal protection and by State Institutions is that German associations give many of the imported dogs away to animal experimentation and to Universities of VeterinaryMedicine ,and it seems that this suspect has been getting stronger. The German protectionist associations , as consequence of their way of operating ,are not able to disprove this suspect and to justify the accusations. Neither the sending of mails to protest ,with attached photos of dogs happily adopted/fostered is of use any more . It doesn't ,in front of this huge amount [of dogs] and even more useless when it's impossible to demonstrate the origin and the identity of every single dog . Advocates for animals don't possess data concerning dogs illegally imported or exported .
Associations for animals will have nothing to do but radically change their way of behaving and starting a collaboration with Authorities so that if there's not clearness ,they will force to ban any exportation of stray dogs.

Über 300.000 Hunde spurlos verschwunden!

Schätzwerte:
· Geschätzte 30.000 bis 50.000 Hunde werden jährlich grenznah, auf belgischen Wochenmärkten und im Grenzgebiet zu Polen und Tschechien erworben. Setzt man eine sehr hohe Todesrate von 50% binnen der ersten zwei Monate nach Erwerb an, verbleibt ein realer Populationszuwachs von 15.000 bis 25.000 Hunden.
· Gemäß einer im Jahre 2003 der Presse bekanntgegebenen Schätzung von Frau Dr. Med.Vet Christa Wilczek, Veterinäroberrätin, Abteilungsleiterin des Fachbereichs Tierschutz und Tierseuchen und Fachbuchautorin, betrug der Hundeimport durch Tierschutzorganisationen ca. 200.000 Tiere pro Jahr. Zwischenzeitlich hat sich die Zahl der importierenden Tierschutzorganisationen, die Zahl der sich beiteiligenden, öffentlichen und privaten Tierheimen und auch die Zahl der Pflegestellen drastisch erhöht. Man muss deshalb von einem Importvolumen von mindestens 350.000 bis 400.000 Hunden (Schätzung von Tierschutz Schattenseiten) ausgehen.

Bereinigung /theoretische Werte: Bei etlichen Importhunden bricht, bedingt durch den Stress des Transportes und der neuen Umgebung, eine vorangegangene Infektion aus. Sehr viele Importhunde können sich aufgrund ihrer Prägung und/oder Vorgeschichte nicht an deutsche Haltungsverhältnisse anpassen. Viele von Ihnen werden aufgrund dessen als nicht therapierbar verhaltensauffällig eingestuft und offiziell oder inoffiziell euthanasiert. Zumindest verschwinden viele von Ihnen von der Bildfläche. Das reduziert selbstverständlich die „durchschnittliche" Lebenserwartung.
Die durchschnittliche Lebenserwartung reduziert sich rechnerisch natürlich auch durch den Import älterer und kranker Hunde. Viele, durch die vorangegangenen Lebensumstände in ost- und südeuropäischen Tierheimen vorgeschädigten Tiere, leben in Deutschland nur noch wenige Jahre.
Halbwegs verlässliche Zahlen sind nicht zu ermitteln. Wir bereinigen/reduzieren die obigen Angaben zum theoretischen Populationszuwachs daher um 150.000 Tiere pro Jahr.
Übrig bleiben 307.432, mindestens aber 123.000 Hunden pro Jahr, deren Schicksal und damit deren Verbleib, ungeklärt ist und wohl auch bleiben wird.
Sicher scheint nur:
· Euthanasiert und ordnungsgemäß entsorgt werden sie nicht. Ein Volumen von mindestens 123.000 Tierkörpern pro Jahr würde den Tierkörperbeseitigungsanstalten auffallen und publik werden.
· In deutschen Tierheimen sind sie nicht. Diese wären allein mit dem Mindestvolumen von 123.000 Tieren binnen eines Jahres ausgelastet.
· Privat getötet und vergraben werden sie nicht. So viele Leute könnten das nicht und so viele Privatgrundstücke gibt es nicht.
· Ein Teil der Hunde wird vermutlich mit normalen Lebensmitteln ernährt und nicht angemeldet. Ihr Anteil ist aber statistisch irrelevant.
In Deutschland verschwinden jährlich zwischen 307.432 und 123.000 Hunde, scheinbar spurlos. Der größte Teil dieser Hunde stammt mit größter Wahrscheinlichkeit aus dem Tierschutz.
Fast alle Hunde aus dem sogenannten Auslandstierschutz werden inoffiziell, häufig illegal ausgeführt bzw. inoffiziell, häufig illegal nach Deutschland eingeführt. Einer mehr als undurchsichtigen Import- und Vermittlungspolitik der Tierschutzorganisationen, steht das unerklärliche Verschwinden von bis zu 307.432 Hunden pro Jahr gegenüber.
Der immer dringender geäußerte Verdacht ausländischer Tierschutzorganisationen und staatlicher Institutionen, deutsche Tierschützer würden viele der importierten Hunde, Tierversuchsanstalten und veterinärmedizinischen Fakultäten zuführen, scheint sich zu erhärten. Zumindest können deutsche Tierschutzorganisationen diesen Verdacht, aufgrund ihrer eigenen Vorgehensweise weder entkräften, noch die Vorwürfe widerlegen. Daran ändern auch Protestbriefe mit anhängenden Fotos scheinbar glücklich vermittelter Hunde nichts. Nicht in der, üblicherweise erbärmlichen Quantität und schon gar nicht ohne unwiderlegbare Herkunfts- und Identitätsnachweise der einzelnen Hunde. Aber gerade letztere können die Tierschützer nicht erbringen. Nicht wenn die Hunde rechtswidrig aus- bzw. eingeführt wurden.
Den Tierschutzorganisationen wird langfristig nichts anderes übrig bleiben, als ihre Handlungsweise von Grund auf zu ändern und auch die Kommunikation statt die Konfrontation mit den jeweiligen Behörden anzustreben. Bis dahin werden die Behörden gezwungen werden, mittelfristig jede Ausfuhr von Straßentieren zu unterbinden.
